I've just read a topic where a guy asked for a YouTube channel, to unmask cheaters, which made me think.
So why can't you expose someone cheating in a videogame on YouTube, but you can record random people on street in real-life and put them on the internet? I don't see any logic here.
Can someone please explain this?

If you go and do it, then it's fine. If you go on the forums and say 'i name and shame cheats on YT heres the link' or 'someone should create a channel to name and shame' then both of those will be taken down by the Ninjas. Same thing if someone was to create a thread about wanting someone to develop a new cheat.
