Yup! Definitely noticed. Played a Comp match and had 2 opposing players that I was shooting an entire clip of Randy's into just to kill them. They would start zipping and disappearing when you shoot them. One would spawn right behind me every time. Next game, the one player was on my team and doing the same thing. Whenever an opposing player shot him, he started glitching all over. He ended the game with more kills than anyone and started screaming at us in voice chat to "quit playing losers, you suck. You're welcome for the carry." I mean, he's getting kills because he's not taking proper damage and glitching all over and is so full of himself like he's so good that he's gotta send stupid messages.
