Steam account authentication to deactivate cross save
So I need to deactivate my current linked steam account that’s on cross save and as it turns out that steam account no longer exists so I can’t authenticate it, I’m trying to add my other steam account that I actually have access to and use please help. Preferably someone from BUNGIE

Edited by EckyThump: 12/23/2024 9:42:24 AMHey there, Bungie does not forcibly unlink accounts or cancel cross-save, unfortunately if Steam is unable to help you regain access to the account, then it is not possible to remove it. Steam accounts don't get deleted due to inactivity, so it's unlikely to 'no longer exist' unless you intentionally submitted a deletion request. You can always use Steam's account recovery tools to try to recover it, even without having access to its email account, etc.
