Khovostov quest glitch
So I've gotten all the travelers hidden around and killed all the bosses everywhere and yet I still have 16 motes and not the golden one what's happening bungie???

Hi there. You've missed one of the bosses in The Blooming, according to the triumph "Basin Brawler". To get Khovostov, you also need to open 7 more region chests and do all of the Cyst missions (via Micah's Alone in the Dark quests) to acquire all of the Encrypted Bits.
