Bungie your so called RNG is broken, my grind is over.
I’ll still play Destiny but my days of pointless grinding are over.
Just focused some gifts (stay frosty) and got 5 headseeker out of 6 engrams. I haven’t tracked it but I know it’s very rare to get headstone. Let alone getting rimestealer/ headstone. Essence drops are a complete joke. (Grind for a few days to get 10-15 gifts) geeeez bungie
Also used several bittersweet tonics this week. Out of 25-30 drops I got Bait and switch twice. And of course no envious arsenal.
Your game is broken Bungie. RNG in Destiny is far from random. The god rolls just don’t drop. Either it’s intentional or devs are incompetent.
Bungies greed has ruined the fun and excitement. Get your priorities straight and reward the player base for supporting your game.
I just downloaded Red Dead Redemption 2, a game I never played. It’s time for a change of pace.

Perk waiting was never fixed, I always got the same rolls on repeat. Stopped playing 2 weeks ago and it’s fantastic to not play destiny 2 anymore. I’d only come back if they give us wrath of the machine and siva.

3 RepliesRDR2 is the best single-player game I've ever played!!! I'm getting ready to start Horizon Forbidden West. Sooo, many better games out there that repects your time etc. Destiny 3 needs to happen.

Events should have quests to unlock crafting patterns. With such a small window to get drops, I have NEVER gotten the rolls that I was looking for in a Destiny holiday event. So now there is no draw to actually play them and farm, knowing that its all designed around FOMO and the process is not fun at all. Event after event, it has become less and less rewarding over time. Always left with disappointment at the end after not getting anything worthwhile... so why even play it, for a CHANCE at something average, rather than progress to craft what I want out of the events weapons. They wonder why nobody is logging into the game. Nobody in my clan has been on for MONTHS, and we were 25+ players in TFS release. I feel like I just log in and sit in orbit wondering if I should actually play or just shut it down.

I gave up two years ago ….mainly with raids chasing exotics . Just can’t be bothered and realised it’s the main thing that kept me playing so much . Just enjoying d2 whilst it’s around 🤷🏼♂️

I used to post like this a yr or two ago. I’d get ratioed. People giving me a hard time. When it’s proven, now every comment is in agreement. How times have changed. Terrible timing for their rigged rng to be exposed, I agree it’s not fixed. I turned in about 40 stay frosty to get 1 with a rimestone roll. Got the same couple of rolls over and over. Was on the last one I checked in my post master. I’d like to farm gl with rime-clip, soloing the first boss but I know the rng will make it impossible. I realize not everything should be a gemme but doing 60 gms for a under pressure closing time as I’m getting the same 3 rolls over and over is not rng, it’s a rigged system

2 RepliesI agree! The world drop smg Parabellum rolls with heal clip and incandescence. Between my son and I we have gotten hundreds of these to drop but not one with both perks. Same issue with GL's and all of the other weapons we have been going after, sought after perks very rarely drop. Even with the focusing option my son can't get Calibans & Liars. Dozens of duplicates but cant get the only perk combo he wants. They are killing the game. Lowest player count ever, wonder why.

I think i tried around 6 times and gave up. Takes around 9 cookies to (maybe) get a gift in return. That's a lot of mindless grinding so you (may) get the roll you're after. Hard pass Bungie.

RDRD2 is one of my favorites, have every profession in online at max rank and over 70 gold bars after purchasing every upgrade and buying the black Arabian horse which cost 50 gold bars alone. If trying to grind gold do bounty hunter missions fastest gold grind, be sure to hand in the bounty at 15s remaining as gold reward is based on time played during those missions. -

Last season I did 400 or 500 master lost sectors just to get one heliocentric that had heal clip incandescent. This rng is abysmal

I've been off this game for a while now. Only logging in to do a lego lost sector here and there. Dragon Quest XI was on sale not too long ago and I never got around to playing it. Best 70 hrs playing a game in a long time.

5 RepliesI just got back into RD2 and I had forgotten how amazing that game is. I got distracted hunting the other day and before I knew it several hours had went by. As for stay frosty I got the rimestealer headstone combo on my 2nd focus. It’s just rng bro but it definitely sucks and I wouldn’t be surprised if perks were still weighted in some way. I want a moving target head seeker but I’ve yet to see that combo drop.

7 RepliesI've been playing Stalker 2, and going through Cyberpunk again. Both games made by Devs who make a serious effort, work to fix issues in their games, and listen to/value customer issues and complaints. I legitimately only play D2 now because some friends still care about it. I tried to do the dawning stuff because why not. Helping a couple friends out so may as well, right? Nope. The quest glitched and restarted. BungLe's fixed it now.... but I don't care. I won't be making any concentrated effort to complete it because it's boring, the same old poorly done cash-grab attempt year after year, and frankly I shouldn't have to restart because of the Devs ineptitude. Cap that off with BungLe's constant bungling.... this game went from THE best shooter to play with friends, to being a source of mental fatigue. Crashing out of activities, never getting the roll you're after, armor I'm wearing being 3 years old literally, because armor rolls generally suck and are below 60 points... enemies being One Hit Wonders with 486,000 health of their own, all while me and mine get nerfed into basically shooting actual Nerf Darts... Sorry for the novel, but there ya go. The game has become a boring cash grab full of boring stories and relationship issues we have to hear about every other mission if we're even graced with a story, repetitive activities we are shoehorned into repeating ad-naseum because BungLe thinks we're hamsters and find The Wheel to be fun. I hopped off the wheel. I miss the wheel sometimes. But I have more fun elsewhere.

Enjoy RDR2 man! Possibly the greatest game I’ve ever played. It’s truly a masterpiece and should provide many hours of entertainment. Watch the cutscenes, too. The story is awesome 😎

If you really get hooked into RDR2 you probably won't be coming back to Destiny 2. It will mean giving up RDR2 play time.

Biggest problem in this game is almost no guarantees of certain loot. Everything is a chance for a chance. Division 2 has the best loot system I’ve seen. Calibration station is the best thing they’ve done.

RDR2 is so good. We got a mod so we wouldn’t be put in the public servers, and our D2 group played it coop for months. Worth it. Enjoy the game!
