I have bought final shape annual pass on xbox which states "dungeon keys are included" but, now i see in-game that i need to buy 2 dungeons for 2000 silver to have an opportunity to enter them. Please help, what should i do to maybe restore purchases? Re-install the game ? More details: I did buy annual pass ony main account, which is xbox, it is linked with psn account. I turned off crossplay accidentally, waited 3 months to turn it on again and then after enabling i only have all episodes, but not the dungeons...
