Overthrow matchmaking rarely works...
I keep getting kicked at the beginning with error code "Guitar." Seems like yet another quality control glitch since all the employees were laid off.

I find I'm more likely to be able to complete a full T3 overthrow if I'm solo. Takes longer but at least it's a better chance of getting there. I saw someone post you've got a better chance if you don't change your loadout while in the activity but I don't have data on that claim.
