False mass reported, looking for help to lift a restriction
I am desperate. I am trying looking for actual help, tired of people accusing me of bad Internet and so. I have proves, pictures, video, test, that shows there is nothing wrong with my conection. I ask for help to comunity managers but honestly dont know what else to do. Hopefully a ninja can read this

If the restriction was incorrectly placed, then it will be lifted - if not then you will need to wait it out. Bungie Security does not monitor the forums and will never discuss their process on determining what actions they take against players.

7 Replieslooking at your other post, your pics show nothing but config screens from your router and playstation that isnt proof of anything you need to run actual tests on your connection for packet loss, latency, up and down speeds from a pc that shares the connection. Your issue is almost 100 percent your connection if your restriction wasnt removed. You have to do a LOT more digging then what you are showing.

4 RepliesNinjas cannot do anything and the community managers will rarely do anything besides ask BNGSecurity to look into it. All you can do is plead your case via the 'Submit Request' button at the bottom of this page: https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049024492-Contact-Form-Appeal-Ban-or-Restriction It's unlikely to go your way though as restrictions are issued after a warning, so at some point you've already been warned about your connection with an in-game message that looks like this: https://i.imgur.com/kftku9w.jpeg
