Storm's Edge: no counters?
I'm trying not to be "Omg Pls Nerf" here but what exactly is the counter to something like this? It practically murders everyone and you can't damage the player using it fast enough to stop them.

Jump over them towards the direction they are coming from and hope the knife doesn't directly hit you or below you. You can snipe it now I think, and they are vulnerable between throws. Realistically its biggest downside is it's long cooldown.
