Hey there, we've had three name changes in total, if you haven't changed your name for a long time, you should at least have the most recent one from earlier this year. If you can enter a new name into the name box in settings, this (whether it gets accepted or rejected by the filter) is proof you have at least one name change available. Unfortunately if you have no name changes available, and you are unable to even enter a new name into the box (and it will say 'No name changes available), new name changes are not given out on request. You'd have to wait for a new one to be granted to everyone.
