Audio drops out
On ps4 during game play certain audio drops out with only a few remaining audio cues remaining. The majority of the audio is gone and hard to play. The only audio that remains is if you aquire something or are damaged almost to the point of death.

I had a game of control the other day where the only time the game play audio was on was when I was taking damage. The rest of the time was silent apart from the game chat.
