Strange Coins Capacity
If you put in the Time and Effort into getting these you should be Rewarded and also the Current Limit does not comply with Bungie claiming it has a Thing for 7's so the Limit should be 777 Max or is it all a phony claim?

Strange coins needing a cap seems kinda dumb, but so does a vendor that disappears for only three days and yet has a permanent location now. I say remove the coins cap, and make Xur a permanent tower vendor.
