Dear Bungie Support, I am writing to express my concerns about a frustrating experience I had while playing Crucible in Destiny 2. I was placed into a match that was already in progress and losing. Feeling dissatisfied, I decided to leave the match, only to be penalized with a 5-minute suspension. I would like to ask: what kind of experience are you trying to provide for the remaining players in this game? Do you want the few loyal players still engaging with Destiny 2 to quit altogether? The current player numbers speak for themselves, and it’s disheartening to see decisions being made that further alienate the community. Penalizing players for leaving a regular Crucible match feels unnecessary and counterproductive, especially in a game already struggling to retain its player base. Additionally, I still haven’t received the Silver I was supposed to get for completing your survey. This delay only adds to my frustration with the current state of the game and its support. I hope you take this feedback into consideration, as I believe Destiny still has potential if the player experience becomes a higher priority.
