Pinnacle rewards dropping the same base power gear
All my weapons and armor have a power level of 2000 or more (power level is 2015 with the artifact), but all pinnacle drops give the same 2000 reward. I've had no progress in the game for a week now.

The screenshot doesn't show any loot that dropped with a Power level, just an emblem and cores. You'll need to provide specific information about what activities/challenges you completed and what the associated reward was.
