Christmas event -> Snowball fight in PvP with decent loot and armor that have special mods for the playlist
Seasonal playlist: 4 - 6 player activity where you farm seasonal currencies for items and aid packages (it doesn't always have to be about farming weapons and armor).
Why bring Onslaught as a seasonal activity? Either you want to make money for doing nothing or you want to get rid of players. But don't think we're all going to marathon.
There hasn't been anything to do for weeks, and that's not because there aren't enough activities in Destiny. It's because the quality is simply unimaginative and kept to a minimum.
In PvP there should also be special weapons and armor that can only be farmed there. For armor there should be special mods for PvP.

4 Replies...by far my worst year here. First two Acts complete waste in both episodes! Absolutely poor story(?) in episodes... Exactly what are we getting next year? More skeleton crew rollout? Okay, see you. Bungie chose a bad time to put destiny on life support but that's nothing new to the veterans.

This is hilarious. Combating bad events with another bad christmas event wouldn't solve anything. Having a seasonal playlist NOT award guns and armor is a fast way to make the least-played playlist ever. (yes, it literally does always have to be about farming weapons and armor in a looter shooter lmao). Onslaught was a free update so not sure why that means they "want to make money for doing nothing." There ARE weapons and armor to be farmed from PVP lmao. Are we serious? lmao.

1 ReplyHence why they gave us the whole story missions to play at once as they've put way less effort in to the story and keeping players happy with not time gating story missions - just a format for them to hide behind the fact that they are not putting any effort into D2 and concentrating on Marathon, which I personally hope crash and burn on release. Just my 2 pence/pennies.

10 RepliesAll of the seasonal events outside of maybe guardian games could probably use a refresh. Which one do you think should be first if they can't do them all in one year? Might actually be the dawning since it's technically the furthest one away.
