Awful Drops.
Out of well over 100 Stay Frosty's, I have gotten 1 with Rimestealer. I have been grinding the dawning event religiously and haven't gotten to any of the other weapons.
I'm looking for Rimestealer+Headstone and cannot get it to save my life.
I get the same exact rolls over and over, usually with no double traits.
This is painful. This isn't a case of bad RNG, this is rigged. I've spent the entirety of the dawning event chasing one weapon and with 4 days left, I have nothing to show. Almost as if I haven't even played the damn event at all.

Sorry about your luck. I haven't heard of anyone else with such bad rng while looking for Rime/Stone. If you get a LoneWolf/ Kill Clip, keep it. It's a 0.5 ttk in pvp.

Rimestealer is not that good and the weapon is not good either, no matter what you roll. Horrible range and stats.

You’ll get the roll you want during the final hour of the last day that you can grind for it. And then you’ll repeat the process during the next event, and the next etc.. Proving to Bungie that they’re on the right path, as they sit in a meeting saying “look, even after 100+ garbage drops they’re still grinding. You couldn’t make this 💩 up“

I know the pain I have been trying to get a stay foster with lone wolf headseeker all event. Had one finally drop and the other perks were so garbage. I swear the double drops are bugged.
