Black Screen Bug
Often after arriving at the destination the screen stays black. I hear sound and can move around, but the screen stays black.
It can be resolved by dying, than the screen turns back on.

PS4 here. I have that issue if I am in a menu while traveling. So I just stay outta my menus while traveling.
