Some tower and general travel suggestions

1. Let us ride sparrows in the tower. 2. Allow us to run and jump as normal in the tower. 3. Add a fast travel to Saint 14 4. Allow fast travel to all planets, drop the flying animation when traveling between planets.

Montezumas Revenge

Sparrows in the tower. With collisions enabled. Could make collecting bounties etc.. from vendors in positions like Zavala or Saladin a real adventure. 😂.
