Bungie trials is full of them if this is supposed to make any d2 player want to even entertain marathon aka concord you need to prove atleast in one of your ips you can ban cheaters and hardware adapter users and stop putting them against legit players ,because so far you have d2 and apex which are full of cheats atm

Edited by Tall: 12/29/2024 6:24:42 PMConsole lobbies are full of device users now. Just played a brand new account. First season played dropping a 3kd with 32 flawless. The match before that, a player with a solo flawless vesper emblem DM’d me admitting to using mnk and called me a controller peasant. They make it so obvious now because everyone knows Bungie does not care about this problem. Whatever it takes to keep the population up I guess.

Net limiting is at an all time high.

Xim 4 has been a thing since year one or even before so to has cronus max. The difference now is that they've become more affordable. Sony tried to block cronus on ps5 with an update but they've found either a patch or work around. Xim is the one they all seem to struggle with in terms of identifying and blocking. The usage rate has maybe increased, but most now don't even try to hide that they're using these adaptors because there is no consequences.

All Dev's and Mod's are f@cking morons and rainbowflag-weirdo's!! Woke employes at Bungie have ruined everything and will continue to do so.. Eat -blam!- all ya woke racist's !!!!
-
Bungie don't care.
-
Ever went back and played older games that are still somewhat active, but abandoned by the developer? They are infested with cheaters. Destiny 2 has reached this point in the Crucible.
-
Ok lol you must be joking a nother one
-
Imagine investing your time in bungie new IP after seeing how they treat their main game and player base *facepalm*

Edited by Jon: 12/29/2024 3:52:36 PMPeople have been ximming, network manipulating, using cronus or plenty more for years. I know plenty of people who xim openly, I'm in a discord where people post their setups etc, it's unbelievable how many people use a xim. don't waste your energy because they won't spend the money to do anything about it, they don't care.

I played a lot of Trials last night. I'm pretty bad, maybe even dreadfully inept, but even I saw some very weird stuff. There was one player who would jus appear behind me out of nowhere. Nothing on radar, no audio.. nothing. And boom. I'm dead. Then about 2-3 seconds later they're behind me on spawn. No matter where I was, they would jus appear & ohk me. The whole game. Then there's the usual hoo-ha when ya peak & get one shot by a hand cannon. I dunno if it's lag or network abuse or cheats, but there's some hoopy stuff going on.
-
The same thing happened to me yesterday and today and I thought it was some damn error but no, the damn cheaters are manipulating the network to get you out of the game or someone else out of your squad. With this I say goodbye definitively to this damn game
-
Just quit playing and Bungie will listen.
-
If Bungie won't do anything, more people will cheat.
-
Get ready for more bungie lies in the next twab.
-
bungie should just shut pvp down .
-
I’m on console, which helps. But I play a ton of PVP and since day one of the D1 beta, I have only legitimately suspected people were cheating a handful of times. I think people are way too quick to call cheats when they get their asses whooped by better players. Not saying it doesn’t happen, but it is hilarious seeing all these forum posts from people claiming one out of every three games are rife with cheaters.
-
Damage control will happen shortly as the player base is still slowly dropping.
apex
Wat

You can't tell when someone is using a device on console. The others are probably easy to tell though.
-
if you cant beat them then -blam!- it and join them. not sure where to download cheats but do some googling around and do what everyone else does. when they left activation it all went to -blam!-. bungie at this point knows the community is done with them and hoping for a fresh start with a new community with marathon.
-
Try single player games, I'm betting you won't see one.
-
Edited by Tru: 12/28/2024 11:15:55 PMWell, you’ll never do anything about adapters. Accessibility reasons will get in the way. The hard chests and network manipulation should be picked up but bungie has essentially turned off its anti cheat.

Bungie gamer since Halo 1 OG - old
Since the creation of video games in general there has always been the players who play legit, and those who cheat. Cheating is and has always been a part of gaming. I have always encountered cheaters since the early 2000's in online gaming, it has been a never ending battle of good versus evil. How do we fix that. Aside from bans ect there will always be cheaters opposed to those who play legit. It's very hard to win this battle. As a legit player my whole life I've seen it time and time again, and regardless of what is done cheating has always remained. -
