Hi hopefully I have the right forum, my Son and I have been trying to set up our ps5 and ps4 at home so we can play Destiny 2 together. Unfortunately we cannot see one another when trying to play the game. I have contacted the PlayStation helpdesk team and have made sure the settings on both machines are correct. One thing to note was that the game was loaded onto the ps5 via DLC, however when we tried to load the game from the library on the ps4 it asked for the disc to be put into its drive, we consequently bought a D2 game on disc and tried that, but still we cannot see one another. Could you please advise as to how we can fix this. Thank you Paul.
