Just an idea Bungie, why not have Rahool or Xur allow players to exchange Exotic Engrams for Exotic Ciphers and Deepsite Harmonizers? You could even add Ascendant Shards and Alloys to the mix, That would give the players a reason to actually farm Exotic Engrams.
