Clan tab

I recently switched clans and now when I go to the clan tab in the companion app it says my account lacks permissions for this feature. Why? And how are permissions granted?

It's not just you. I have been in the same clan for a long while and get the same thing which is occuring now as well. It just starts working eventually.
