Dawning Weapon Rolls are Rigged
Complete BS that I've spent 50 gifts getting a Stay Frosty and still have never had a single one drop with both headstone and rimestealer. And yes, that's with the double perks upgrade from Eva. COMPLETE BS. And you wonder why the community stopped playing this game. You took away crafting and this is what we're left with. Unbelievable spending the entire Dawning trying to get one weapon with a single combo and it's impossible. Not -blam!- god roll, just a single 2/5 version. Like, it takes nearly 20mins to 30mins to grind a single weapon. This is such an insult to our time and patience. Thanks for rewarding the only players sticking around during Christmas with a pile of disappointment, Bungie. You're the best.

Game is getting low player because I have little time to play and after doing 20 runs of onslaught and not getting the roll you want you tend to not play as much

2 RepliesThats a shame bud. Just keep plugging away until this crappy event finishes. I got one this morning - wasn't even trying for any of them. Just got rid of all my cookie making nonsense and gave them to Zavala. Got my only incandecant machine gun too. With all the time and money Bungie has got from me from D1 , and 2 and the Halo franchise its gotten really raw. Will i lose any sleep what happens to them? About as much as they worry about me.

6 RepliesThis was me with 81 vanguard engrams trying to get a Wicked Sister with Envious Arsenal Bait n Switch. Even with TRIPLE perks not a single one dropped with that combo. Same happened with Tinasha’s. Over 65 and only four with Chill Clip and coincidentally all with Reverberation. However this Dawning I actually got various good (desired/sought after) perk Combos (no five/five’s of course) High key I’m beginning to think that there’s some sort of accidental perk weighing that instead of affecting weapons it instead affects player’s accounts. Cuz going thru the treads I read tons of stories where some (like myself) never ever got a single Tinasha’s to drop while others got multiples. This event held similar results where some just couldn’t get rolls no matter how many gifts they threw at a weapon, I was able to get the perk combos and even multiple times. Yeah Y’all can write it off as rng but that is how weight gate was discovered after all. I believe there’s definitely something shady going on and to be honest Bungie lost all credibility with me. Yeah we all read the article on how they “fixed” it but let’s be honest. Each account has a unique Bungie spaghetti code that most likely interacts differently with their new rng system that I wouldn’t be surprised if it prevents some players from getting certain perk combos while showering others with said perk combos and vice versa. Will they look further into this? Probably not of course, the game’s a buggy mess after all. Maybe if more evidence comes out and the Destiny Tubers bring attention to this again. Cuz we all know they’re the only ones Bungie actually listens to.
