I bound the wrong psn account when doing cross save.
Plese hlep！
I can't get a refund because psn store Do not accept refund after downloading.
Bungie won't let me stop using cross save.
what should i do

in order to un-do the cross-save you have to dis-able cross-save for the current account (you have to authenticate all accounts to do this). then, wait 90 days (mandatory). then re-enable cross-save using the correct psn account. bungie can't do anything about refunds because the platforms control access to the game/content. it's a licensing issue.

If there is an active cooldown, you need to wait it out before you can deactivate. If there isn't a cooldown then deactivate (this will trigger a 90 day cooldown) and then reactivate + select the correct platform for the activate account. Bungie will not get involved and reduce/override those cooldowns.
