Can I PLEASE stop playing Onslaught: Salvation?

I've played this God-forsaken, hour-long activity 8,000 times already and I'm only at 57% on step 2 of 4 for the Scorn Dominator triumph and still on step 2 of 4 for the Fight to the End triumph? Bungie, you owe me for 8,000 hours of my life I'll never get back!

I finished those triumphs by pacing myself at the start of the act. Definitely a bit excessive.
