Oscillation is the equivalent of you racing your favourite car in GT6 or in Forza or whatever racing game only to be told "you are using this vehicle to much so we will slow it down for you" imagine if racing games forced this equivalency in to what bungie is throwing at us with Oscillation........... yeah that wont end well. Its a garbage modifier and is straight up akin to match game in terms of build restriction and player restrictions. remove this modifier, its trash
