December 3rd I made a post on bungie help reporting cheaters, the cheaters have full blown youtube channels where they happily upload clips of them flying, teleporting, doing infinite damage, having infinite health, and offering their paid services to carry people through content. I gave bungie 3 full bungie IDs, multiple youtube channels with their names posted - and a month later no response.
Today I go to check and see if the cheaters are still active and 2 out of the 3 names I gave are still completing tens/hundreds of dungeons per day in less than 2 minutes per run.
Hey Bungie, Request #360864, follow up please, thanks.

And yet Bungie thinks people will play their next pvp extraction shooter
-
Imagine if people were this passionate about real world problems 🤣
-
You see bungie doesn’t allow players to openly shame cheaters. They should
-
You know why they are still around? Because of lazy schmucks feeling no instant gratification. That's why phone games are for those types of people. Instant pay wall As long as lazy casuals and mouth breathers keep paying them, they will be back playing for months on 20 alts
-
If they ban those 3 then there'll only be 12 people left playing D2.
-
They seem to do nothing at all. The reporting system is a joke. Every cheater that I see or suspect, I block. Low and behold they still appear on the player lists when I load in.--- so they MUST be innocent... yes indeed when 1 player gets 50 kills with 50kd and NOTHING anyone does even takes down their shields..... yes innocent. yet they penalise normal players if you leave clearly abnormal very unbalanced games.
-
You put a lot of effort into this. Dude focus your energy somewhere else dude
-
There’s literally 1 guy in charge of anti cheat. He gets thousands of cheat reports. Be patient takes months for him to get around to it.
-
Heard
-
Their reply: "No Face, No Case"!
-
You need to post on X tag Bungie, Sony, Bungie Help, Destiny the Game. And post regularly. Putting it publicly is best and they can’t ban you on X.
-
Unfortunately friend Bungie does not care, nobody looks at those reports. I have sent them links to footage of hard cheaters and can see nobody has accessed these files.
-
PVE doesn't really impact other players. It's PvP that is more important as this has a detrimental effect on others playing the game.
-
Mmmm. One none important random on the Forums, or three content creators that offer paid services? Sorry fam. Bungie is never going to take your side.
-
There’s no anti cheat team they got fired . So you could be waiting a while before anything happens 🤷🏼♂️
-
Pete just needed new cars
-
Sorry, the security team you are looking for is no longer in service. Pete just needed that 70’ mustang, and made the cuts. Remember…. He kept the right people though. $4 Billion dollar game by the way
-
Don't forget the moderators are not doing anything to block the LFG posts on bungie.
-
Bungie: Cheaters add to the player count too!
-
the no response from bungie is due to the fact all the anti cheat people are getting luke smith his burker king for his blank butt
-
Edited by Sir Wrinklebutt: 1/3/2025 11:16:01 PMI think they care, a tiny bit, but have neither the resources or knowledge, nor the inclination to stop them.
-
They wont ban anyone. They need everyone they can get to keep playing. To show you how desperate they actually are, on the steam charts the player count dipped to just 10,819 at its lowest point. D2 is in a death spiral.

A Ninja will close your post .

It would not surprise me to find out that the devs that make this broken game, also help develop the cheats. It is just more money for cars to them.

Cheaters selling carries for Dungeons, Raids, Nightfalls, Trials or straight up playing on the customer’s account has been around since D1. For some people it’s their #1 income. A dude who made it a hobby of going around killing bots in WoW got de@th threats. It’s not pocket change… it’s a career.
