Please Help - All 3 Characters Characters Deleted/Reset by Hacker on Xbox and Crossplay
Dear Bungie Support Team and Community,
I need urgent assistance regarding my Destiny 2 account. My Xbox account was recently compromised, and a hacker deleted/reset all my characters, wiping out all my progress, weapons, and armor.
This game is incredibly important to me—it’s my community, one of my main hobbies, and a place where I find escape from the craziness of the world. Losing everything has been devastating.
I have since secured my Xbox account and other platforms, now reeling from losing all my hard work after so many years and more than 113 days of playtime.
Please let me know what steps I can take to recover my character and progress. I can provide further details, such as screenshots, proof of ownership, and account information if needed.
