Okay, so, I just finished doing Kell's Fall, and...
... what a tedious exotic mission to do. Like, it wasn't [i]too[/i] annoying to the point where I decided to rage quit, but trying to understand where to go and trying to figure out that you're suppose to find those mirror portals were not that easy to understand, because trust me, it's obvious to understand where those portals are even located, let alone that you're supposed to understand that you're suppose to utilize them a lot despite being well hidden from view when you have a barrage of enemies attacking you. Especially that underground area where, it was so confusing on where to go. I don't know. I didn't think the path finding on where to go and stuff was that easy to understand, and that's my only real complaint about it.
Act 3 is just stupid and lazy as the rest of disappointing season. Ugh...

I thought it was just okay. My fireteam and I thought the enemies hit crazy hard (more than normal). Also got all the intrinsics for the shotgun but when I went to craft it could only access 3 & 4 but 4 was locked. Don’t know if anyone else is experiencing this!

Not long later I went the opposite direction from the marker, lit a few braziers.... then went up a hole, fought most of the Barons back-to-back... then I was at the Boss fight somehow. I didn't go OoB... I am not sure what happened. Most of my time after playing the song was just exploration... I basically fought everything at the end in quick succession. I'm going to eat, then do the side stuff... see how much I can figure out before I need to watch a video. I found a second song. And notes in a section where I couldn't determine the sequence. Boss fight was basically I killed adds, broke a mirror... collected motes, which was mechanic I did just minutes prior... And then I killed everything. I'm so confused, lol. I mean I had fun, but it feels like I might have messed something up with the song and by going in a different direction than the marker. 😇👍💠

First run? Yeah it's a little confusing, but you pick it up quick enough, or should. After another run or 2 it's not an issue. I enjoyed it for what it was ..... A couple hours of something different and an adois to the Scorn. Long overdue IMO.

It's boring. Looks like it was patched together from discarded Tangled Shore fragments. Most of it is just running about and you have to basically just do the same thing three times. Nothing here to excite. And what's worse is that, having put a Fireteam Finder in the game with an option for the first part, there are no options for the last two missions. So you have to go the website to find a fireteam for them. Well played, Bungie.

4 RepliesI agree with this post I've just done with this exotic mission done 2 videos of it and I thought great I got the shotgun but then you get a quest to go back in that mission for a stupid thing to make a tonic bungie are completely useless I mean like just make a normal dumb mission for it

1 ReplyI'm sitting here in shock. This is bad. Like....really bad. It was painful and boring. It was annoying. But THEN I saw we need to do it again....and again....and again???? I think they're trolling at this point. I was going to finish the season and bail.....but I don't know if I'll finish this.....I didn't like it at all.

The exotic mission is just fine buddy. Run it a few more times and you’ll realise that it’s not as tedious as you’re saying.

Me and a random lfg group did it in 30 minutes and there was only a small amount of confusion about where to go. It’s pretty easy to understand. Light the torches, door opens, find mirror, go through mirror room, find another mirror, go out of mirror room, fight boss

1 ReplyI think the most pathetic thing about this mission is how Bungie hyped it up as some Dracula inspired lair. What are they talking about? What version of Dracula are they referencing that's obsessed with mirrors, rocks and empty hallways? Are they talking about the organ in the entrance? That looks completely out of place I would believe if it got added in at the last second.
