Remove the requirement to up level every piece of gear every time the light level increases. Once a player hits the max light level all gear should be set to that level. Why do I have to grind to get my armor and weapons BACK to a usable state?

I don't mind leveling individual gear, but I would like to have it to where the upgrade IS the pinnacle cap. Starting from 2000, I should be able to do stuff in game that allows me to buy a 2010 helmet. And when they're an expansion there is a soft, hard and pinnacle cap and there should be a source for those. Soft = Anything in the game. All rewards I get drop at this level. Hard = Nightfalls, Milestones (50 Onslaught), etc. Pinnacle = Raids, Dungeons and Trials. And there should be a currency system for pinnacle and maybe hard cap. AND light level should be used as a lockout system: you can only raid if you are hard capped. This would allow for more community engagement. Also let us overlevel so that it's even easier to help fellow guardians.
