I have never come across a game that requires atleast 90% of the endgame content to require a tutorial like d2 does .
Also can anyone tell me what other games have as many carry services as destiny does you've got carrys for gms ,raids, exotic missions, duo class item mission ,trials ,comp and dungeons
Edit :I'm still waiting for someone to give me a game that has more carry systems than d2, yes I know other games have carry services but we are talking maybe like 1 to 3 types for most games when d2 has 7 to 8 its a big difference

It is a FPS & an MMO. First person shooters have been a highly competitive market & in the past has solely been PVP only. So the main appeal were skins and exclusive loot highly tied to monetization and microtransactions. Look at Titanfall & CoD, even CSGO or Overwatch. Carry services don't exist here because its mainly microtransactions, the only thing close are people who sell accounts with limited edition or highly sought after cosmetics. -Even Destiny 1 accounts sell for a lot because of the limited time cosmetics that are unavailable. Bungie labels Destiny as an MMO, So raid content & "Dungeon content" are present in this first person shooter, unlike any other shooter. MMO's typically have trading & other systems that make Carry Services less appealing & less frequent, Destiny does not have trading, unlike other MMO's. -Furthermore there is an additional piece of content exclusive to Destiny, which are strikes/nightfalls. These loosely have valuable items that people might advertise for. Bungie has a PvP system like other MMO's with exclusive loot. These "sometimes" limited edition rewards are highly sought after, whether it is an emblem, a shader, or cosmetic reward. Other games have transmog & mounts as part of their PvP rewards. No other game has such a diverse selection of content to choose from, in a highly competitive market that is first person shooters. Destiny has Raids, Dungeons, GM's, Trials, Comp. Rewards include: Titles, Cosmetics, Emblems, Ornaments, Adept weapons, Mementos, Currency even. The main reason why you don't see carry services so often or so heavily prevalent in other games...is *Ding Ding Ding* trading... It devalues these services so much. That the only thing those people can offer in those games are carry services for the NEWEST & LATEST content. However the new content in those games are few and far between, again undercutting the value of the service. Which doesn't sell as well as Destiny does where carry services are so plentiful since there is always something of value in Destiny all of the time. Especially since trading is not there to undermine the value of said rewards. Every weekend there is something to chase in trials until there isnt. Every week a raid is featured and farmable (2 now). Every week 2 dungeons are farmable. Every week a GM. Comp is available 24/7. Iron banner rolls around every 7 weeks. Always something to grind for in Destiny, always something of value available for players to chase or people that do Paid Carries. TLDR: Destiny is built so different to other games that without even realizing it, it fosters a place for Paid Carries even more than any other game. Destiny does not have a FINITE end point, where other games do. (MMO's typically encourage players to partake in all kinds of content & keeps them up to date phasing out older content over time, Destiny is severely split off and will continue to be, this split means that there will always a consumer that wants something. -Furthermore Destiny does not phase older content out anymore. Instead everything is available & everything is relevant...Unlike other mmo's)
