FEEDBACK: FTMM/SBMM Observations and feelings, Super Hit Registration

[u]Honest feedback Bungie. [/u] [b][u]Fireteam Matchmaking:[/u][/b] Since the introduction of Fireteam Matchmaking along with the Skill Based Matchmaking along side one another, playing with friends has become very frustrating, unappealing, disgruntling, un-fun, upsetting. (Take your picks of words). It become a chore to play with my friends, [i]though it is not literally every single match that is unbearable, it is majority of matches that are. [/i] A change to how it works for the matchmaking would be appreciated, ever since the change, I’ll be honest here, it’s kinda broken up my friend group. Only playing with like 3 people max to avoid going against a high skilled or higher warmed up players who are in a 4-6 stack, it messed with the flow of gaming with friends. We used to have to have friends sit out because we had too many for a fireteam. Now we actively avoid playing PvP together to just have a decent time in Crucible. It’s honestly broken up my friend group. [b][u]Super Hit Registration:[/u][/b] Spectral Blade/Blade Fury/Blade Barrage/Tether Activation Time. When playing and getting feedback from friends and communities. These supers have the worst hit registration. An adjustment to these supers would be preferred. [u][b]Spectral Blades[/b][/u]- you don’t lunge far enough at times and you can swipe right through an enemy and not even hit them, or you could be hitting an enemy and the hit won’t even count. This goes for PvP and PvE. The Hit Reg is very bad. [b][u]Blade Fury[/u][/b] - The same applies here as it does for Spectral Blades, you can hit right through or melee right past an enemy in PvP and PvE. (Melee only attacks) [b][u]Blade Barrage[/u][/b] - There are times when personally using Blade Barrage, or watching my teammates on my team or in my Fireteam whiff this super is high. There have been times where it hits right on point for the first throw of blades, then the second throw of blades is just a spread with no tracking. There have been times when you’re not even the target and you’re getting hit by the blades and they miss the intended target. PvP and PvE. The tracking could definitely be brought up for it. Not to the point of broken. [i]But having it way more consistent.[/i] [b][u]Tether[/u][/b] - When activating Deadfall Tether it takes a good second it feels to activate in catching enemies. [i](For PvP, PvE is fine because it’s not always about the seconds in PvE)[/i]. Tether activating and catching Enemies right on ground hit and or direct player hits is a must have. There have been times where I would direct hit with a Tether an opponent and they still would be able to run free for a good 2 seconds or 1.5 seconds and not be taken out of super or not have the ability or movement restriction applied to them. There are also times where you hit it on the ground and it takes way too long at times to activate even when an opponent is in the radius above or on the same ground level, and it would end up getting you killed because it took too long to suppress and activate/slow/restrain opponents. This would be a fantastic change if it was able to instant activate on ground/player hits when opponents/players/enemies where in direct radius of Tether. Also I’ve noticed that Tether reaches about a meter or two past its visual circle radius visible to all players. I’ve brought up all these supers because they are the ones most notable and noticeable. Pretty much all other supers on all other classes have superb tracking, or aim assist to where they don’t need a balance patch or a buff to help them. Please pass this feedback to the Devs. I really would like to see these things all addressed. At a time where Destiny is having a hard time, fixing some things that have been bothering players and that have been in the game for literally years and not seen touched on or even brought up has been grueling. Thank you guys I hope this reaches the right people. [i]P.S. Please fix Melee hit registration, meleeing the air is always fun when they are right in front of you or when you melee first and the second doesn’t connect but theirs does is very, VERY frustrating and aggravating.[/i]
