I bought the Final Shape on Steam and it isn't giving me my Season Pass on any of the platforms even though Steam specifies: "*First-time purchases of this edition will grant access to the Episode that is currently active when logging in for the first time after purchase." How can I fix this?

From looking at your account in the API, you purchased it on Steam -> opened Destiny 2 -> activated cross-save and selected Epic as the active profile. This would've activated your Episode pass on your Steam destiny profile rather than Epic. What you can do is head [url=https://help.bungie.net/hc/en-us/articles/360049497351-Contact-Form-Missing-Eververse-Item-or-Add-On-Items]here[/url] and submit a ticket via 'Submit Request', tell them the situation and they may apply the Episode pass to your Epic account instead.

In your case, it appears you purchased on Steam before you activated cross save to use your Epic characters, so they were bound to your Steam characters.
