There were 3 possible locations for you to pick it up, Bungie may have retired it though as the expansion year is over. First make sure the addon for it is installed on your console/PC that you preordered Lightfall+AP edition on and then double check your emote in case it was simply hidden (it shouldn't be but its a possibility) Next check Shaw Han, Rahool again, and the Lost Deliveries kiosk next to the Gunsmith. If after checking all of those places it still isn't there, you can (if possible) record a clip and link to it here showing the tower locations + emote screen and then possibly a screenshot of Shaw Han and if necessary BNGHelp can pass it on to the devs. It unfortunately may be due to timing that it cannot be claimed now.
