Bring back fishing!
Please bring back fishing. It was a nice way to meet new people in the game and get a tonne of loot out of it as well.

1 ReplyDude fishing might have genuinely been the most boring thing I have ever done in almost any videogame. Ever. Not saying it shouldn’t comeback, but it definitely is at the bottom of the list of things that need to comeback.

Fishing was a nice break after a heavy session of killing. It was also infinitely better than tonics as a seasonal pastime.

Loved fishing on EDZ the most. It was relaxing. Appreciate how real the environment felt and the reflection of the water.

No lie I do miss the fishing sometimes, the bait grind killed it imo.

Whenever they see a "bring back" thread, I bet they salivate. So easy to just keep recycling content when you have people constantly do this.

Is it gone? Have they brought back sparrow horns yet? Were snowballs in the tower a thing this year? Strange, but after not playing for over a year, these are my main things I fear missing out on.

No. I've done fishing in several other games. And Destiny's take on it was the most boring out of all of them.

Im actually surprised they removed it tbh they should of just left it in for enhancement core farming or something ,don't get me wrong I never really did the fishing for the exotic mission lol but I'm all for diversity of things to do in the game whilst waiting for freinds to join etc plus it made public areas more lively What ruined it was the fact that if a player started a public event near you whilst you was fishing the pond would disappear 😆 🤣 or you'd get booted to orbit for afk fishing.

Yes it was a cool icebreaker for certain! . I actually encountered some friends fishing one time while running with other friends & it was awesome to pile into a party together and hang out and fish with all six of us, given that planets restrict FT sizes. . That should change IMO. Be refreshing to just go vibe on a planet with six homies....

I loved fishing as a way to chill between Raids or waiting for friends to join, if they brought it back in the Last City or something then I would also love that!
