Over the past two days in both of my Vesper's runs my teammate went to the third room / the larger Ketch room where a soft lock occurs. Both times they came over with scanner to quickly dunk it after killing the ads. They would then Grab it back, and then scan and find the proper panels to shot. After shooting the panels nothing happens and the bomb does not spawn. (The expected outcome is the bomb spawns.) Both times when I came over and grabbed operator none of the panels were glowing and it was impossible to shoot them. We attempted leaving the room and doing the other two rooms with the hope everything would respawn similar to if you drop the nuke off the map. However, they did not respawn, so we were soft locked and forced to wipe. I am unsure at the exact steps to recreate this, but with this never occurring before for me and then occurring two times now makes me assume this could have been broken after Bungie released the weekly reset patch. Unsure of exact steps to recreate unfortunately, the steps I gave were of my knowledge. Hopefully Bungie can get this fixed before it starts affecting things like Solo runs etc.
