Bungie needs to be testing over and over that the "Heretical Arsenal" adepts will not have issues with drops, or any other glitches.
Test this and retest this right now. If I see an announcement that adepts are not dropping properly next season like double perk weapons from this season, it will be only incompetence and only the fault of the devs.

Why spend resources on that. Bungie fanbase has been buying there incomplete game development since shadow keep. And name one reason they should change now.
