Super reseting on weapon kill in nether
Don't know what caused it, only 2 major boons i had were heavy armor and ontological limit. Happened with both touch of malice and necrochasm as well. Also on both void and prismatic with nova bomb.

Paracausal Payloads gives you increased kinetic damage but entirely drains your super on kinetic kill. Your clip lines up with that being active.
