Tempest Strike Aspect should benefit from Combination Blow
Like Titan's Roaring Flames, allow Tempest Strike kills to gain Combination Blow stacks and benefit from the damage increasement. I don't think this will disrupt the balance. Moreover, developers can also adjust the damage amplification coefficient between them.
