Issues with owned content

I have cross save and everything on my account linked properly. I bought witch queen and lightfall both with annual pass versions on Xbox, my passes and dungeon keys however did not transfer to my PlayStation account, I also can not use certain emblems linked to either purchase, though my crosssave says it should work. I can access all content and dungeons when I played on Xbox but not on ps5 which I only switched to due to an issue with my Microsoft account ending up with a password issue and they can’t help to recover.. I lost several accounts including my apple account with the Microsoft account issue. So I switched to PlayStation. I have since bought the game in full on ps5 but it still says I don’t have lightfall dungeon keys. Can anyone help with this at all?

  • access to content is controlled by the platform (licensing issues), so, on xbox where you bought all the content, you have access to it. sony did not get any licensing fees from you purchasing it on xbox. if you want access to that content on playstation you have to pay them their fair share (i.e. purchase it from sony) and pssttt...when you buy access to something you are not buying the content. you are purchasing a license to access bungie's content. and as i said, it's the platform that controls access.
