Adept shiny weapons need a better drop chance
Honestly what’s the point of playing the seasonal activities on expert if you’re not guaranteed at least ONE to drop. Instead I get non adepts that are auto dismantles every single time.

I just finished the expert or whatever the hard mode is of court of blades and, I only got a crappy bow and, 2 armor pieces with 55 and, 51 stats. Then tried it again and, got more garbage. There has to be something wrong with the encounter.

10 RepliesI'll run these activities and never will grind a thing again. I'm happy with my raid weapons and exotics. I still have yet to receive an adept from expert run. I believe I did get 1, a sword, but that shii was so doo doo I dismantled and changed activities lol. Once in a while, I join those "farm first encounter" posts, but neither I nor them walk away with anything, lol. We do get those shiny but either it's something we don't want or the perks are beyond garbage lol

I heard that buying lots of silver can improve your RnG! 💰🤩 Seriously though. This game showers us with trash loot. Which just makes the miserably low drop rate of things most people actually want seem even worse. Remember if you get back on that hamster 🐹 wheel then you’re basically telling Bungie that you’re actually fine with it.

Don’t you know? Bungie will come out and say oh sorry guys it was lower than intended here’s a 1% buff. And then all the white knights will forget Bungie had it low asf to keep you playing.

At the very least, adepts in the nether should have ways to increase their drop rates: * more secrets discovered * More unused lives * Nether Silentiums prevented * Tome of want active to increase the rates of that specific adept Not a lot of people are putting up LFG posts and on average, people only stay for 1 full run. And if you run solo, due to risks or the high necessity for the right boons (RNG blessing you), it's easy to go in there for a full hour and only come out with 1 adept. Alternatively, you could: * Do a GM that depending on which one, can be done in around 20-25 minutes. Currently dropping double rewards and reputation. * Trials guarantees adepts from the lighthouse at 3 wins, you can farm at 4 at I think a 50% chance on a completed card, and a flawless guarantees 1 or 2 adepts every win. * If we can farm Rite of the Nine and save checkpoints, there's that once it releases. * And there's adept raid weapons if you can spare a few minutes farming the same encounter. What makes more sense if you're grinding adept weapons? In fact, I'll probably make a separate post with all this in it, maybe their 1 guy they didn't lay off will see and pass it along?

during act 1 i only got 2 adept shiny, drop rates suc c they seperated the shiny from holofoil

They also need to feel special from the expert version and not completely rubbish with single perks. Doesnt make sense that the gold border from the normal version has double perks and double traits while the expert doesnt

I farmed basically all of act 1 and I haven’t gotten a single one to drop ever

I was farming all of Act 1 and only seen one drop. I just gave up and accepted the normal drops. The shiny drops have been horrible since TFS. During into the light it was a reasonable farm, but not now.

3 RepliesIdk about adepts but the normal masterworks versions are dropping like crazy for me like 1-2 every run cause I thought that had increased drops for them this episode I guess not.
