So my question is does kinetic weapon surge mod actually work I'm building a DPS last word hunter running lucky pants and I want to know if that mod is actually changing my damage an yes before anyone comments it I know it takes orbs of power I have them mods on too and a armor decay extended mod an I have kinetic weapon surge stacked 3 times
