Hello,
I am a Steam player. A few years ago, I played *Destiny 2* on my friend’s PS4 and unintentionally linked the cross-save feature to his PS4 account. Now that I’ve purchased my own PS4, I am unable to link my own account because the cross-save remains tied to his PS4 profile. Unfortunately, my friend has forgotten his account credentials, leaving my Steam account permanently bound to his PS4 account with no way to unlink them.
Could you please assist me in forcibly unlinking this cross-save? Thank you for your help!

11 RepliesHello there[url=https://tuxydoh.com/images/hi.gif],[/url] In order to unlink an account, you first have to disable cross save and/or unlink accounts, you must be able to authenticate the accounts. Bungie cannot forcibly de-link them. [b]I would suggest contacting the platform concerning gaining access to the platform account.[/b] If you are unable to gain access to the account, then you will not be able to deactivate cross save or unlink it from your current Bungie.net profile.
