Emblems not received with purchase from bungie store

Hi there i don't really no where else to post this but I recently made some purchases where i was supposed to get the "look up", "¡Revivir!", "sharpened foil", "everyone can play", "solar flair", "partners in light", "Harmonic Waves", and the "side by side" emblems. It has now been well past 48 hours and all i have received are well over 15 codes for the same emblem knit one purr two. I have tried reaching out via the bungie store support and just keep getting the same automated message over and over again. I just want the codes for the emblems I should have received for my purchases. Again those emblems that were advertised as email codes upon purchase were "look up", "¡Revivir!", "sharpened foil", "everyone can play", "solar flair", "partners in light", "Harmonic Waves", and the "side by side" emblems. In these purchases the items that should have had an emailed emblem code associated with the purchase as advertised are the Jumpmaster Ghost pin (Look Up emblem), the Unidos collectible pin (¡Revivir! emblem), Stand with asians collectible pin (Harmonic Waves emblem), Bungie day 2022 shield pin (solar flair emblem), Everyone can play collectible pin (everyone can play emblem), Armory Series 7 Exotic Weapon Collectible Pins Blind Bags (sharpened foil emblem), and the Bungie foundation journal (side by side emblem). Please send me my emblem codes. If I can get any help it would be much appreciated, I would really like to use these emblems in game. If needed i can provide the order numbers for the purchases and the email I use as well.
