Dear Bungie Support,
I am experiencing an issue with my Bungie.net account linked to an old Steam account that I no longer have access to. Unfortunately, I do not remember the email associated with that Steam account, which prevents me from recovering it.
I currently have Cross Save enabled, and in order to disable it, I need to authenticate my Steam account. However, since I no longer have access to that Steam account, I am stuck and unable to proceed.
I would like to request assistance in unlinking the lost Steam account from my Bungie.net profile so that I can link a new one. Could you please guide me through the process or let me know if there is an alternative way to resolve this issue? I can provide any necessary verification details to prove account ownership.
