Silver is not being given to people who purchase it through the Microsoft Store
This is a problem across the Microsoft store. There have been multiple people who have reported this issue. There is no way to purchase silver if you play through the Microsoft store, I contacted support through the missing silver form and I was told to get it refunded. This is completely useless to me as yes I can get it refunded, but until this is fixed I cannot buy the event pack upgrade which goes away at the end of Guardian Games.
