Question about logging in to Bungie with a deactivated/suspended linked platform account
What would happen if A cross-saved and linked Bungie account has one of its linked platforms deleted or permanently disabled?
For example: A person plays primarily on Xbox. They have cross save on and linked with several platforms. The Xbox account is the "home" of the characters and dlc purchases. The linked PSN account is deactivated/deleted on Playstation's end. Will the user be able to log in to the Bungie.net account with that now deactivated/deleted PSN? What if the PSN is "permanently suspended" instead of deactivated/deleted?

7 RepliesEdited by BNGHelp8: 3/17/2025 9:13:55 PMNo, because Bungie uses the platform authentication to authenticate the user, so if an account can't authenticate on PSN, it won't work on Bungie either. Can the suspended account authenticate successfully (so, log in correctly) on PSN?
