Hello there, Thank you very much for reaching out to us. I'm sorry to hear that you are having trouble with the Overload Trace Rifles mod on this particular weapon. To help us further investigate any underlying issues that may be occurring, can you provide us with a short video illustrating the issue? Edited by EckyThump: 3/19/2025 10:39:50 PMHey there, Ager's Scepter has Slow, so it is almost guaranteed to be treated like Wicked Implement vs Anti-Barrier Scout, where its Slow means it counted as an Anti-Overload weapon. The situation is a little different for Ager's Scepter (Overload Mod vs Overload keyword), but the rule seems still in place. That is to say, it can only perform as an Anti-Overload weapon on its own terms, slowing through final blows as per the Ager's Call exotic perk, and not able to disrupt Overloads through a sustained beam using the mod's effect. Additionally there has been one other case like this in the past, Devil's Ruin vs Unstoppable Sidearm. Despite the anti-champion effect being restricted to its special firing mode, even the regular shots could not get the benefit from Unstoppable Sidearm.
