Unable to get facet of command
I can't pick up elemental charges which drop from ice crystals after destroying them with a scorch cannon. I've already tried restarting the game multiple times, changing the class and trying another day, but nothing helped.

Same here, this problem appear to be in general of the game and not in individual problem. I hope they someday will fix this mess
