Facet of Command

The chest in the divide, which contains the facet of command, can't be opened due to a glitch. I can't pick up arc solar void charges for solving the puzzle to get key to open chest. Please fix.

I saw on another thread BNG said their team is looking into it. I am having the same issue on Xbox.
